Approach

How a contract runs with us.

The same five steps on every job, from a one-time cleaning to a multi-year contract.

Technician in rain gear, respirator and gloves pressure washing a block wall
Pressure washing in full protective gear.
  1. Walk the site

We read the performance work statement and walk the property before we price it.

  2. Price in writing

One written price tied line by line to the scope, with the schedule attached.

  3. Name a supervisor

One person runs the contract and answers the phone for it.

  4. Inspect and record

Every service ends with an inspection and dated photos.

  5. Invoice with proof

The inspection record goes out with the invoice.
