Approach
How we run it.
Axtera holds the contract, supervises it and answers for it. Field work is done by our principals' crew or by vetted, insured trade firms working under our supervisor. On set-aside contracts we check the subcontracting limit before we bid.

Full-height cleaning and deodorizing in occupied towers. The tallest systems our crew cleans run 20 stories.

Our principals and their crew have done this work on commercial properties in San Diego County since 2017.
Inspected every week
We inspect on the contract's schedule and at least weekly. A failed item is fixed within one working day and checked again.
