Approach
How we run it.
Axtera holds the contract, supervises it and answers for it. Field work is done by vetted, insured trade firms working under our supervisor. On set-aside contracts we check the subcontracting limit before we bid.
Scope walked before we price it
We measure turf, beds and hardscape on the site visit, so the price matches the ground.
One supervisor, named in writing
One person directs the work and answers to your contracting officer's representative.
Inspected every week
We inspect on the contract's schedule and at least weekly. A failed item is fixed within one working day and checked again.
Required wages, documented
Crews are paid the wage determination in your contract, and we keep the records that show it.
